Custom Fabrication
Below are pictures of a one weekend project on Blue Knight. I got my new winch (WARN 9500 HSI) and had a custom front receiver and trussing done to strengthen the axle tubes.

This is a picture of the rear truss on a Chevy Corp 12 bolt. This trussing was an original idea of Scott's and Mark made it happen. It looks great and is very rigid.

This is a picture of the front Corp 10 bolt trussed. Notice I painted the differential flat black and highlighted it with matching chevy blue paint

Another picture of the front Dana 44 from the rear. I thought about buying some of those bolt up truss's, but this made so much more sense. I still have to do a bit of touch up from over spray.

My new winch. with in hours of bolting this up and wiring it I had to use it in a road rescue to pull a stump out from underneath a car.

One more shot of this AWWWEESOME winch. One thing you can't see is the receiver is cut into my bumper not under it.This doesnt limit my approach angle. This was an idea of a friend of mine. Saw it on his vehicle and thought it would work nice with my setup to. notice the multi-mount

This was the first step to making the custom mud flap mounts. first to do was to mount of the steel bar so it would be sturdy.

Rear Trailbox brought home and painted. Designed by me.

8" Front springs in.

Up close. The manufacturer said they would not fit on a older full size pick up.
